Nick Miles
Nick has over ten years experience within the radio and events industry and has managed everything from large scale outdoor events, live gigs, roadshows, corporate days out, conferences and gala dinners all over the UK and Europe.
Nick has a huge passion for events and from very early on in his career found out that he had a weird knack for organising them!
With a black book filled with contacts, Nick has fantastic relationships with event suppliers and will ensure that even the most outrageous event requirements can be met, whilst taking away the headache of the production and the running elements.

Kate Novell
Kate's background is in marketing and business development. Before the glamorous days of radio and media marketing, Kate started her career marketing submarines and other things she can't talk about.
Kate has experience of hosting and managing a range of corporate events from Charity Dinners, Golf Days, Fashion Shows, Press Conferences, Strategy and Team Building Days to International Exhibitions.
Whilst working within the media sector, Kate also notched up a number of event successes including the Launch of Xfm South Wales, Winter Wonderland and Exclusive Music showcases.
With a meticulous attention to detail, communication skills of a politician and unenviable/obsessive work ethic, Kate will ensure that Neon Events will not only meet your standards but hers too!!
